riot you screwed up skarner in a bad way i post and post and post and post and post about how you nerfed him yet you failed on the rework. tell me one thing that was wrong with him .........................................................................................riot your a trash company

full armor masteries courage of the colossus with 
is actually pretty viable. given your taking a like 700 HP shield with your W (get 1 level in Q,then W then E and then max W for the boost of MS/shields,then max Q) and his passive DOES give infinite mana sustain and great damage to objectives,also makes counterjungling and duels much harder for the enemy jungler as you have boosted MS/mana regen/attack speed in your spires which have a cooldown when captured so grab it and the enemy cant get it for a bit.
and your passive updates for EVERYONE your enemies and yourself. so some good map awareness gives some great objective control and makes you more aware about ganks from rivers

BlackFlux2 votesThat it? nice and all but is that going to be your only complaint that you almost copy pasted for somebody else? and you get your spire boost when you CC something so if you stun somebody your still getting a small attack boost,not to mention when you CC something with your E it gets put on a lower cooldown.
may have to kill dragons but s passive is still useful in a large area of the map at the very start of the game and into late game when doing dragons/baron

Before the rework he had 350MS and genearlly better basestats. So at the moment he is super slow ( 335 MS) and deals super low damage with high mana cost/ compare to DMG. I think that'ss a mistake, because u should be rewarded for catching up enemy as a champ with 335 MS.
I was playing a new WW and killed solo lee with double buff + gragas, but as a fed skarner i coudlnt kill lee without double buff + blitzcrank in the spire. And riot says skarner is a juggernaut...
btw. u can't succesfully counterjungling, because if you cap the spire, the enemy will know where you are xd.
he is addicted to the spires, but even in the spires some champs can kill him 1v1.
hope riot will fast rework him, but i dont think they care about this forgotten and half useless champion.
If u need an objective controll champ- Nunu
If you need moblity- Lee
If you need CC- Zac, sejuani.
If you need better skarner- hecarim/vi/ udyr.
khorney1 votesOhh I know. I really do not get how people think he is better and or stronger..... Just build triforce andwarrior... Umm that's what was standard on him before the rework. He was perfect how he was before, you know. People who think he is good never played the previous rework which was better in every way. Let's see shall we faster clear times, stronger 1v1, split push monster, ganking wise it's more or less the same I say that because before you needed to hit 3 things to stun now you have to hit e so either way, stun whole team if you bought hydra.

We just know he will get a VGU Rework someday... i dont know why champions like galio/evelynn/ morgana/ irelia have a higher priority than him. they re all playable at the moment in cotrast to skarner and maybe mordekaiser. These reworks were a big failure... btw i hope skarner won't be a vanguard ( champion like malphite ) I think he should be a good duelist, something like warwick and his passive and q and or W should be replaced. Maybe give him a single target Q offers something uniqe like a warwicks Q. Something like slow, mini ult, poison, whatever.

ZadloBoze2010PL1 votesYou know, the spires are useless because skarner is a vanguard, not a diver or a bruiser. Imagine if malphite had a spire, that would be useless for his kit, same for skarner. But imagine now darius/morde/ warwick with a spire... but generally Warwick have a mini spire in his W ( MS and AS to champions below 50%hp) so he is playable in every situation and gives much more fun than a normal spires.

khorney1 voteswell yah i repost and repost explaining pros and cons and this skarner is like 90% cons and 10% pros. Pros umm he can gank a little better and a little better i mean a little better. Pro 2 umm some ad scaling....who cares. now lets look at cons.. cant wave clear effectively, cant split push, clear times are crap, cant 1v1 very well, is slow as hell, basically is a ult bot now, he cannot stun a whole team like he could before.
by this i mean pre spire was a better version of uydr in every way they did the exact samething... now this skarner is a crap version of udyr. its like why pick skarner ever if you can play as uydr
