Gnar Mini Gnar Base attack damage increased to 51 from 48. Mega Gnar base attack damage increased to 57 from 54 Attack range increased to 175 from 150.

Are you serious riot? do you even understand what are you doing right now? you just say

WHO COME UP with this idea? like for real 51 attack damage as a range champion? XIN ZHAO HAVE 52 and he is melee...

Riot do you really want to destroy the game? what is going on? the money you spend is more than the money you earn so you want to destroy the game and hope someone will buy it so you just destroy it patch by patch till someone buy the game?

Because this buff it would be the end of top lane because if this buff go on top lane would be Gnar Vs Cho and not because cho is op but because of his passive that he would be able to sustain some of the free Harass this bullshit champion have....

Gnar needs it...he has a high skill cap and hardly any upside to playing him. He is a squishy slippery backline adc'ish champ for half the game and a bruiser/engager the other half...and you can't really control when you switch from one to the other. Requires load of micromanaging to play him effectively...they are simply making the risk of playing him worth the possible reward.

And, regardless, these buffs are not going to make him anywhere near pick/ban status. Just make him more viable.

It's just encouraging his kite kit. Gnar is already struggling with the current top laners, I see no problem with these buffs. They might add a total of maybe 2 damage to all his abilities... Before you say anything about Gnar struggling, use this as an example. Gnar vs Darius should be a counter lane right? Nope, you can't actually trade with Darius because his pull range is the same range as your basic attacks. Even his damage buffs don't change much, as the majority of Gnar's damage comes from his % health damage and his max hp damage. Sure, it'll make his Q poke do a tiny bit more, but it really isn't that big of a deal.

In all, the only significant change was his much needed attack range buff.
