I thought his heal capped at 30? and that definitely isn't the scaling ratio on his Q?

There is a bug currently where it goes off twice, not sure how you go about replicating it. If it goes off twice heal becomes 60% (plus spirit visage bonus) and he can become surprisingly hard to kill.

Riven 1350 (+900% AD Scaling) + 850 (+500% Bonus AD) + 800 (+300% Bonus AD) Scaling off of Missing Health up to 75% Can we have some context as to why Riven hasn't been REMOVED?

Because Darius sounds a lot tamer when you consider she builds 40% CDR and full damage.

Well OP is talking about a glitch in which Darius can cast Decimate twice. I was joking that this is the kind of damage Riven does when hitting 5 people but I wasn't thinking of that particular bug. Still, Riot's working on a fix.
