Aurelion Sol can't reactivate his Q instantly
It actually travels for like, 0.5s (to roughly his passive's inner circle) before you can Q again. This makes it pretty much impossible to kite someone who's really sticking close to you. :/

That's kinda the point.
Otherwise it'd be op.
it's distance based, you can use it to peel easily when you are disengaging....
He's a zone mage. If they're in your basic orbit, they get rewarded. Why else would your ult shove them into the orbit?
That's what R is for.
