but champions like orianna akali yasuo zed lee sin
will always be at least decent because most of them are very flashy mobile champions or have too many playstyles to abuse
and Riot only nerf stats and damage or durations but rarely rework a whole kit so if the kit is broken the champ will always be good in the hand of his master

Just saying what someones ability does doesnt mean kit is overloaded. Overloaded kit is when champion has too much in their kit. Galio for example has overloaded kit

Orianna lacks mobility, sustain, safety, reliable CC,%hp damage, is highly item dependant to be relevant... Orianna has basic kit, so does Akali. None of those are "overloaded"

Sure Ornn won't be great if they nerf him, but learning to play him effectively in that weakened state will make you a better Ornn player, and a better player as a whole, than someone who just plays what is strong.
