His damage build is certainly OP, yes.

Udyr depends on his build. His AD build is the strongest version of him there is frankly. Bruiser comes seconds, followed by his tank build, AP bruiser, and full AP at the bottom.

There's not much you can do cept build armor and try to kite him sadly. Between a maxed bear stance + trinity + merc treads + tenacity runes, he's a juggernaut that can 100-0 you in a couple seconds with that Tiger DoT.

Hes not much of an issue, imo. He falls off and has some nasty counters (jax, nocturne, elise). His invades are easy to shut down through warding entrances and kiting camps back to a safe route should he come. Hes a super strong invader, dont get me wrong. Hes kitable through the use of Items, runes, summoner spells, etc.
