Titanic Hydra nerfs+Shyvana Nerfs=Gutted?
Please tell me how viable is shyvana currently in PBE with those nerfs, so i can prepare myself and embrace the pain before the sejuani'd gutting hits live

Yeah, because this game doesn't have enough 3.5K+ HP champions two-shooting carries with half their HP

That was literally Shyvanna's defining characteristic. She has no utility. She's all damage.
When your defining characteristic is being a semi-tank on almost 4K HP that has burst damage, it's time to go back to the drawing board, because if you think that's balance, then there's a problem.

That's actually fine, so long as it has the proper "counter play".
Shyvana, surprisingly, does. Her main gap closer is running faster, her damage is entirely melee (aside from a debuff she can apply, but the application is not what hurts) and her singular dash (her ulti) is gated by a large cooldown and easily cancelled by anything.
When I say
being a semi-tank on almost 4K HP that has burst damage
And then the reply is
That's actually fine
Sorry, it's not. Under no circumstance it's fine for a 4K HP semi-tank to two shot someone. At least the Cinderhulk meta last year was about unkillable walls, not unkillable walls who can also two shot you.
And if you can't see this, then sorry: There** is** a problem.

That was her character design, though. She was created as a jungling tank, except instead of having conventional tank mechanics (damage reduction abilites, shields, hard CC and other ways to draw focus) she was instead given higher than average damage for her class. The idea was that she tanks by being an actual threat that needs to be dealt with.
Taking away Shyvanna's damage is akin to taking away Evelyn's stealth and calling it a fair nerf. It completely changes who she is and how she plays while making her significantly worse.

That's simply not true. Let's do a thought experiment for example. Imagine a champion. This champion has 1,000 base AD and 5,000 base health, but has 50 base move speed. Would you play that champion? Because I sure as hell wouldn't.
Shyvanna has clear strengths (does a lot of damage, is tanky) and weaknesses (no real CC, no range, easily kited). She needs minor adjustments to bring her into line, not a complete gutting of her kit as well as all the items (like Sated Devourer and Titanic Hydra) that she relies on. She's going to end up like Sejuani and it's going to be incredibly sad.
