It was nerfed due to it being ARAM.

electrocute will do more damage in lane because its just a 3 proc, no special requirements. so its just added harass and extended all ins.

dark harvest is good for specific picks at key moments in the game and on certain champions. on blue kayn for example, dark harvest is arguably better due to the adding nuke potential on his W for picks. After you assassin someone, you can just do it again.

You do realize ARAM only gets 2 damage per stack.....

Summoner's Rift gets 5 per stack.

Try it on Zyra in Summoner's Rift as a jungler. 30-35 stacks = instant delete half the opposing team the second she hits Q > R.

It was nerfed because everyone & their mother was taking DH, not just Pyke.

And by everyone, it includes Soraka Support....
