Does true damage cut through shields like they are not there? If not, shouldn't it? I mean it cuts through armor, and shields are just another form of armor.
Also, this may cut back on some of the over shielding complaints...
Afterthought...how come there is no AP true damage?

Except shields are literally the only good counter to true damage.

Hovering Hentai1 votesHonestly no, the counter in game to flat true damage isnt resistances it's health (excluding Fiora and Vayne) Taking barrier on Lux or Orianna is a good way around Vel'Koz's ult etc shields are just something you can throw up to give you another half a second of defence
