Issues with New Veigar

Late game comes around and you have 1.2k AP. Normally you can select a person and kill them, but then you realize enemy team has Tristana/Jinx/Cait. You are now null. You cannot stun them from their range and if you try to you die.

You finally stun them they have no QSS and then they start moving because their support bought Mikael's. Great now you are dead.

Or you know there is always the infrequent bug where people can just walk through the stun. Yep happens more than you would think. And on top of that it has a delay. So have fun ever getting a combo. Plus enough people have figured out merc treads again its already near impossible to land anything even with the stun.

Now people run around building AP against Veigar because they don't fear him. No one delays their build anymore to stop him. They just blow him up.

The stun delay is a huge gut combined with a nerf to his ult. The Q didn't even marginally make up for the ult nerf.

Veigar went from barely viable to unviable from the changes.
