Riot revert the full slow on Gragas Q

Taking a full 60% slow on something that isn't dodgeable when on a non mobility champion (it's more of a positioning battle like versus lux) is one of the most annoying interactions in the game. I'd advise you move his slow onto his W, or to revert the change to what it was pre 6.3 (slow scales as barrel gets to max charge).
