I love how many people are bitching about this while failing to acknowledge that the Lee Sin has to burn a 225-300 second CD summoner spell to even make this play happen. Literally at least a 4 minute window. What needed to be nerfed on Lee was nerfed. You'd rather bitch about this play when Vi literally locks you down from Lee Q range, Annie can flash nuke an entire team, Hecarim can one shot carries with just a triforce while tanking everything, Poppy is unkillable after Sunfire Cape while also one shotting squishies, Jayce literally has no weaknesses seeing as he is comfortable in melee or ranged, Yasuo is the embodiment of cancer, Riven can successfully abuse 4 keystone masteries, Urgot still sucks, Aatrox still sucks, Teemo is still Satan, and Malicious Metal is still posting at least once a day about how badly Morde needs attention.

Annie isn't a very good example for your point. She also has to burn a 225-300 second CD summoner spell to even make that play happen.

no. it is a good example. because people don't bitch about her abusing Flash+Nuke even close to as much as Lee Sin using Kick+Flash even though Lee is single target and Annie is full team capable.

People aren't complaining about Annie because she's completely fallen off the radar. Lee Sin is always relevant. Champion.gg shows Annie at around 6% play rate and Lee Sin at around 34% in patch 6.24.

people play Lee because yes he is strong, but he is also one of the most fun champions to play and you can do so many different things with him. incredibly unique.

So what you're implying here is that Annie is weak, unfun, and generic, so nobody plays her, thus nobody complains about her. How is that that a good example? She really has nothing going for her other than her combo.
