What's not to love when she RNG's two Redemptions, an Ignite, and a Heal out of her ass in the span of 120 seconds on top of stealing my flash and using it for shits and giggles to get a super long Q with her ult. Super fun interactions with that champion right there. CERTAINLY not a toxic design that makes me want to rip my fucking eyeballs out.

Ok. We've removed the RNG elements for a static bonus from minions. (She still steals your stuff.)
Minion drops now increase her next 3 Q's damage by 100-500% based on distance and heals her for 25% of the damage dealt (Tripled against champions).

I get angry when laning against Zoe even when I kick her ass during all the laning phase.
The fact that she gets free summoner spells out of nowhere is a ridiculous idea since the beginning. I flash, she gets a free flash; I'm going to kill her, she has a Heal; 20 seconds later she uses Exhaust in me.... and she hasn't even used her own summoner spells, only her W.
Zoe's W is really unhealthy. You can get absurd luck like the situation you described, or you can be like me and get absolutely nothing for 4 waves and finally getting a Cleanse against a Katarina.

, she cannot poke you with her Q since you can consistently block it with plants, and she cannot jump in with ult for an E as you can root and nuke her right after.
Not to mention you can push quicker than she does and keep her zoned with your plants.
At least she has counterplay unlike yas, zed and fizz that have an extremely SAFE laning phase, but ok i guess...
She needs to last hit the minion with the bubble to get an item drop.

Try AP MF against her, if you wanna make her life miserable. Actually, that shit makes A LOT of people miserable. Comet will hit damn near 100% of the time, take cheap shot for extra true dmg, damn near impossible to land skillshots on her running at mach 10 with W passive, and you can't miss E. Its only meh at the very beginning when its like 18 second CD. Just spam E on CD, profit.
If you avoid her paddleball or sleepy bubble, you have an opening to punish her. If you avoid both, she's helpless. Also, if you're playing a champ with hard pushing ability, you win. She has to use a LOT of mana to push back.

I dunno whenever i get her sniped from me i do not have that much trouble. Her E is her real thread and if she misses it you can all in her since it won't be up for quite a while.
I also love the 1+ second of grace where her E can still be procced after it runs out, super fun.
