That shield goes away pretty fast in the video. Jhin's hardly ate any damage. Honestly, I think it's a little on the good side but it's acceptable.

Having a shield 2 times larger than your health bar is hardly a little on the good side. Jhin could've been afk in the middle of the enemy team and he still would've survived. That's not balanced in the slightest.
