Tiny unnoted QoL added (this?) patch. (6.1)

Was testing something in a custom game...and didn't buy a trinket, cause...wasn't needed for the test. Noticed that Riot made it so if you leave base, you just automatically get after being so far away from base, or game timer, unsure which. But either way, thought it was a pretty neat buff to anyone playing while super tired or just covering a really common noob mistake.

Maybe this was added a while back and I just didn't notice, don't normally not buy trinket. Either way, kinda cool. TY rito :)
