Sadly, they nerfed shields into the ground while simultaneously boosting damage output - even though that was the main counterplay of Assasins. As horrible as shields felt in the game sometimes, they did serve a purpose.
Armors almost useless due to true damage and penetration - so time to throw some counterplay back?

Not an issue that all you have to do is land one ability + an auto with Duskblade - Then ignite will proc electrocute? Most cases landing a fraction of your kit will do all the work for you.

Your probably correct - seems like every fix to a problem lately has only led to more problems down the line. It's insane seeing how crazy the games spiraling out of control from the fixes...
