There's nothing good about having this extra slot since games typically don't last 40-50 minutes to get that. Games typically end around the 20-30 minute mark with 4/5 items.

This was a nerf no matter how you look at it. She's item dependent and needs that extra movement speed to both kite/run away. You can't control where the W goes, you can't stun people early so there goes that.

This rework for her was a fail. In every sense of the word.
