5% true damage on stats - No Idea How??

I have no true damage skills, items, or runes

Yet I am seeing around 1500 true damage dealt to champions. Always about 5%

No clue where it's coming from.

EDIT: damn red buff is op as hell.

I do like 300 physical damage but 1500 true damage from the red buff effect
