best counter to yi jungle?

Don't say CC. I can't be responsible if someone in a lane doesn't pick a cc champ. If someone picks top for example. And yi comes in with his ult. Well assuming that my garen is just going to w spin away. Yi is still going to punish him hard and probably force a flash out.

Now let's say mid picks and you know how that goes. With the way the game goes. It just takes one fed laner to have map control and force the other side to save the towers from going down.

There's bans, but I'm going to ban relative to what I'm playing. If I'm support. I'm banning . If I'm mid. I'm banning . If I'm top. I'm banning . Now if I'm jungle, I may consider banning , but most likely I'm going to ban .
