What does the Ultimate (R) hook look like and do?

A question I've been pondering for a while, wanted to know what you guys think.

Blitzcrank Q (Rocket Grab) is already a tremendously powerful ability. It stuns the target as it pulls him or her all the way to Blitz's current location.

Nautilus Q (Dredge Line) is also very powerful, briefly stunning the target as Naut pulls him or her toward each other, meeting in the middle. Can also act as an escape or gap-closer tool by hooking terrain, pulling Naut the full distance toward the terrain.

Thresh Q (Death Sentence) is super powerful. Briefly stuns the target as they are pulled a very short distance (twice) toward Thresh. Thresh has a short window to reactivate the ability to move to the hooked unit's location. The functionality lets him jump some walls, escaping or chasing depending on circumstance.

So with all of these abilities being basic abilities, what does the ultimate (R) hook look like and do? Seems like the design space has been pretty well explored. :(

How powerful would a hook have to be to make it an Ultimate instead of a basic ability?

i think Cho from Heroes of the Storm has a good ultimate pull

After 1 second pull enemies towards your direction, slowing them by 25% for 3 seconds and dealing 100 (+4% per level) damage.

this is sort of a cone pull, like darius' hook, but the range is much further

hook multiple people, or hook with point and click that can't be block by creeps. Kind of like an ori ult, but towards you rather than towards her ball.

Something like Ares from Smite.

He latches onto enemies within a radius around him, and after about three seconds pulls them all to his location no matter how far away they got.

Or Khagen from Dawngate. Fires out a big hook that deals damage along the path, then drags every unit in that path back to him.

There ya go.

A guaranteed hook would be much, much too strong, that would be a guaranteed pick on your choice of squishy carry.

Otherwise, a reverse Poppy ult may be it. AoE, charged hook. Either a linear skillshot or ground targeted effect.

I think an ult hook would be one that hooks multiple enemies. Did you play poro round-up? naut hooks in there pulled multuple poros. something like that i guess?
