Fizz 100-0 me at lvl 3. How in the hell ...
Im baffled that people think being able to all-in a full health opponent as early as lvl 3 is fair in any way.

Talon can do it at level 2.
The same way I can do this. All damage in this game is too high. It isn't just Fizz.
It's frustrating, but he has a lot of all-in potential early. you have to remember a few things when facing fizz though.

His all-in range is poor: 550 q range. On top of this, if you move out of his q range while he casts it, You can dodge its damage. If your champ has any mobility, do this whenever he engages.

His first two levels are garbage against ranged champions, so you have to really try and harass him down before he hits 3 to make it too risky for him to all-in.

He has no instantaneous wave clear and no way to hit minions from a distance. Utilize this; you always know where he has to be to kill your low health minions. Place your skillshots there and bait out his E.
720g for 40 MR will save your lane every time
Plus, the classic 
will shut down 100% of level 3 all-ins. Always take this against fizz.

Ok. I will teach you something. If you manipulate the wave so that it is closer to your tower, fizz will be in a dangerous spot. This spot means, that he will be easy to gank, can't escape if he loses a trade and you can aa him freely. Also you are under the tower, safe and ungankable. It is perfect vs every assassin in the game and works the best vs zed. Also Fizz is melee, so you have to just poke him with aa and skills in early. Before he has any kill potential. If u don't get a gank, you still should win trades with aa and he still shouldn't be able to kill you. Eventually you should have at least several chances to kill him.

is beating them early. I go aggressive at level 1 and start pushing them back so I hit 2 first. If I land a Q E hes pretty much dead, or has to flash. Baiting his troll pole is easy, most of the time once he drops below 40% he will pole my next Q and try to jump on me, so I try to E him back into a sphere.
Once Fizz hits 6, it's a different game. He's usually roaming, so I put pressure mid and take towers.
Sometimes the easiest way to wave manipulate is to simply ignore the first wave entirely. From then on you will be pushed in. As long as you don't waste all your mana farming.
He Q-E-W ignite + electro? did he hit all of those? was he 0/0 at that point?

No evidence, no pictures, or even a replay. Sure Fizz is bursty but do you really expect people to believe you without evidence? It was most likely your own fault that you got destroyed by the Fizz in the first place. Anything could have happened that you may just have ''accidentally left out'' of your post. Next time, put some shred of evidence please.
