Will the new mastery "sudden impact" give Kalista 5% additional damage every time she dashes?

Yes, I'm 90% sure it does count. And yes, that basically makes this Rune a must-pick on Kalista. Trade-off is that if you do that, you can't splash into Resolve or Sorcery, or you can't pick Precision Primary, and they all have some other crazy stuff.
