riot why did varus get nothing off the adc rework ....... big whoop his ult applies 3 stacks so what ..... but it does less base damage ...... meanwhile every other adc gets new stuff maybe besides vayne.... but varus has nothing over every other adc

khorney1 votesno he isnt ....... sure i built him a hybrid attack speed kog maw ish build and yah hsi dps was higher then going ad... ad marks scaling ap glyphys 2 attack speed quints and 1 ad or ap quint or get regular ap glphys.. then attack speen mastery and the middle keystone with the bonus on hit damage.... then blade of the ruined king nashors tooth, runaans, what ever boots you want, rageblade and last item is of your choosing , wits end hourglass triforce lich bane, or lord domicks. this build does work becuase you want to talk about wreckign face... i did this build twce and was successful. max w first then it doesnt matter about e or q , not really concerned

kinda too strong actually.. an adc with an amumu ult from a distance is kinda a powerful concept. The only thing weak about him is his builds like ezreal but like ezreal he has the kit to still break them.
khorney1 votesits not the samething becuase amumu is instant varus is not. its a worse version of morgs ult becuase her ult slows you down and has a bigger aoe his applies to only the first person hit then slowly applies to other enemies ....... meaning use it only in team fights and not a engage..... varus is no where shape or form stronger then ez.... people will say well his e applies grievous wounds ..... umm so what that point is minute.... his q can be dodged cost more mana then ez q does less damage then ez q does not apply on hit like ez q has damage reduction unlike ez q has a longer cd then ez q.

its more like a morgana ult, but yea.
varus got the new essence reaver out of the marksmen rework. he can now be a caster and an adc at the same time and doesnt have to decide for one build path.
its at the same time what i despise about the item.
now lets him constantly poke with his q and deal damage in fights on auto attacks.

W is his core gameplay and much better than a weak version of jinx's passive.
Then a new W skill would fortify his AD caster gameplay(since it would be another way to trigger or apply his new passive)

EcchiOtakuTM1 votesTBH i'm not really concerned with builds. I'm looking at the fact that varus' passive is just a gimped jinx's passive, which he doesn't really need for his poke or engage gameplay, when he has a passive on his W his entire gameplay revolves around.
I'm just pretty much dumbfounded they didn't want to emphasize his gameplay of W more by doing the suggested change of making his w his new passive.

Nick Da Chip1 votesI think Varus is really strong right now. He's not as broken as a lot of champs but he is balanced, fun to play, and fun to play agaisnt.
That's pretty important. He could probably use some small buffs to his mobility or the slow on his E but besides that he seems in a really good place.
