Can we make Riven's Q cooldown start after the final Q?
You know, since she's already impossible to chase? It's really frustrating chasing her after she kills my top laner because she has the cheesiest kit in the game.

Thairn1 votesIt used to. They felt it was counter intuitive since the ability has 3 parts. The only other solution they could have it giving it a charge system. Let it hold 3 charges to do the same thing.
