Enemy sums should get bigger when you hover over them

Maybe this is just a problem with me, but when I try to ping my enemy's sums, I often times have to try to do it two or three times, because they're so small. This is a small distraction and can lose me minions sometimes. It's not the end of the world, and I dunno if it's just me that has this problem, but it would be real nice and helpful if they could just get a little bigger when you hover over them to make it easier to ping them.

I don't see how this would negatively effect anybody.
