really riot what you did to taric as a buff is worthless absolutly worthless that doesnt do anything to him. i mean no one really maxes out his q first anywaywhich in turn means what you did to him is dumb whats the point or rational behind that. i give several ways to buff him make him better but come on giving him a worthless mana decrease on his heal is dumb and pointless
Marthian2 votesIt wasn't just nothing. When you have 40 CDR and consistantly get autos off, that cost starts stacking up. Keep in mind that previously before some nerfs, he was (and still is) an amazing support.

khorney1 votesno not unless u try for it and once u get it it is decent . his heal is great if you have spirirt visage cause u heal more off urself and on other people. but its almost worht getting ancient coin over relic shield, but having the hp regen is good. still his ult needs to be diff its kinda worthless
Maximum Zilean1 votesThe reason is they aren't heavily buffing him is actually kind of simple, They want to slightly tap up his viability to "Tollerable" as a quick holdup until his rework comes. Which is what he desperately needs alot more then buffs.
