Hecarim q does only 66% dmg to minions so can we make zed e do that same?

Im really sick of zed taking cs when the team is trying to siege and i cant get more cs as the adc

Yes we should make zeds Q and E do reduced damage to minions, but not for the reasons you stated lol. For his split pushing ability yes, not for taking CS away from the adc while sieging

Why isn't Zed split pushing a side lane?

because soloq is not lcs when you know you have a lead you just group and push mid and enemy team will panic and give free kills

Fizz is not Fish1 votes

so make every AOE skill deal only 66% dmg to minions then Vayne can get her cd
