He spikes with only Hurricane. After that he'll delete your entire team. Why is this guy allowed to deal what is essentially on the level of single target damage as AoE, and why on earth does an ADC have a low CD stealth ability that should be an ultimate?

The changes won't do jack, mate. He needs way heavier nerfs.
Shuyin1781 votesYou'd be surprised at what minor nerfs can really do to a champion. There have been cases in the past of small number tweaks removing champions from favor for others.
