Could we buff Nunu a bit?

I know Nunu is a very old champ with a very binary kit, but he really needs some help. He's barely played at all anymore, and where he is played he really isn't that great. He can't really tank that well and his AP ratios have been gutted to hell and back, so obviously this is not viable. He also can't support, because a long time ago when Nunu/Cait was broken bot lane so they decided to gut blood boil. It's also worth mentioning that his consume is useless outside of lane/jungle. But power creep has happened, and Nunu is no longer the most broken champ on the Rift. Even if you were to buff him slightly, we still have champions who have way more loaded kits than Nunu will ever have. I know Nunu will probably get a rework at some point, but until that time could we give him a few small buffs so he isn't left in the dust anymore? Thanks.
