There are some champions that simply are wayyyyy too strong with this item that have a 3 hit passive.

With this item get's to apply 2 stacks of silver bolts with one auto when she has the GUINSOO'S RAGE, the same goes for and is just an another story.

Prior rageblade was the AoE onhit one. it was fun. Its was also quite overpowered, but fun. Champions like Kogmaw broke it, and would continue to break it.

You mean the original iteration, not prior. In this context prior would mean the iteration directly before this one... which was the AoE. While im talking about rageblade, it would be balanced with its current price point and the AoE now. It was, what, 2600g or something before? blasting wand+pickaxe+850g?

to be relevant, yet he needs to build lots of tankiness to be able to team fight without dying in 1.5 seconds.
