Played against this yesterday. I played as Nasus. This was probably the most unskillful strat I've ever played against.

It's not new, it's not meta, and it's easy to shut down when you know it's happening.

Good ganks pre-6. They also can't 2v5 if your team has any basic cc layering ability. Kayle is also easily punished in ganks/roams, which should force her to either die or self-ult.

When there's a 2v1 top hard push strategy, making that 2v1 into a 4v2 definately shuts that shit down. It doesn't solve everything, but it's the best answer to the Kayle/Yi in most scenarios.
