is tristana in a poor place now?

maybe its just my imagination but the vast majority of tristana players i see just flat out lose at all parts of the game, when i have tristana on my team the amount of times they win lane is very inconsistent compared to other adc's i play with. i even tried picking her up myself but i kept getting outtraded by adc and tanks a like, either i do spectacularly in lane or i just crash and burn late game, you could chalk it up to i just suck with tristana but i've play almost every adc (not really ezreal) and she just feels the worse.
