5 sweepers, effective cooldown is 12 seconds. If you count the fact that one sweeper can reveal dozens of shrooms because the fucking thing follows you then you can see why your argument is flawed.

Well, it looks like Teemo's ultimate destroyed just about every enemy ward on the map. Pretty good ultimate if you ask me.
