So..... Kayn on the perma ban list now, that 9.8 hit?

Looks like Riot's going through with an even more extreme buff to Kayn's Shadow Step in Shadow Assassin form.

8 Seconds. At all ranks.

That's 4.4 second cooldown on a skill that travels through 1-2 walls, increases move speed to potentially 700-800, and almost guarantees an assassination.

It used to be ..... what? 21 to 7.15 seconds.

A 3.65 second drop in cooldown's totally balanced.....

I want to put this change into context:

- 's Q has a 11- 6.05 Second cooldown. Without it, she doesn't exist. - 's Mobility is 12-5.5 seconds, and 15 - 8.25 respectively. - 's Pounce without a kill only gets down to 3.5 seconds, doesn't pass near as much terrain or distance.

I could keep going on..... but this literally makes Kayn the most mobile champ in the game, even surpassing Talon, and even though the rest of his kit is absolutely dominating when played correctly as Shadow Assassin, and even though he's carrying a hefty win rate.
