Beating him in lane? Maintaining consistent ward coverage to make sure you don't lose your advantage to a gank?
He can just ult you, miss every skill shot, and run around with his passive + shield as his jungle walks into the lane and positions on top of you as you come out of the ult.
This ability has so many things wrong with it.

Not the most optimal of builds, but still works well, not a single one has that +70ad u talking about. Oh and it also has that QSS you said we never buy [galio-happy]
