Since I won't be back on LoL until late 2017 (or may this year) I'm willing to share any and all weaknesses of this maven of light,since you people can't tell the difference between popular and overpowered. Cmon,hit me.
Chijoku3 votesAs someone who has played well before Lux's release, I can say safely that she is probably one of the most broken mage mid laners possible. She has strong harass/CC early game, she has a huge power spike mid game, and still a very viable threat late game. She is undoubtedly one of the safest picks with maybe one or two drawbacks. She doesn't suffer from mana issues, has both soft and hard CC to escape with, and is able to not only single target DPS but really bring that team damage that many champions lack overall. (Especially of the mage variety)
She isn't a "hidden beauty," because anyone that has been paying attention in the past two years realizes she is a threat, even when she isn't popular. Much like Jax, she lives outside the meta due to the usefulness of her kit. AP nerfed? Go support and utilize that ridiculous kit. AP buffs? Go mid and faceroll yourself to victory.
She will be nerfed soon, and I will laugh at players like you who think they are special for playing her. Lux is the basic bitch of CC champs.

Honestly,gonna disregard everything else you said. I don't think I'm special for playing her. When she finally never gets nerfed though,hit me up. Also yes she is pretty basic.

too bad the mechanic levels of a pro lux and a normal one is pretty much the same and doesnt look different at all. so basic yet with absurd range with high numbers.
like look at the condition of xerath and ziggs. got anything to say?
Rikari1 votesWhen I think about all the skillshots I've landed on lux vs the amount I've dodged against her yeah, I see a huge difference in mechanics. I've even learned safe and danger spots for her spells. Her range is high,yes,numbers high,arguable. What I have noticed though is that it is almost impossible for a "normal lux" to land an ultimate on the average player whos paying attention without prior rooting them. I haven't really seen any pro lux player though,if I can be counted.
As for Xerath and Ziggs I've rarely seen those relics unearthed. For the pros I've seen play them though,they were easily on par with Lux.
