Victorious Skin Choice?

So, I was not around when Morgana's Victorious Skin was released. Tbh, I only started at the end of S6. I learned everything about how these skins work, and I am beginning my climb to gold. But, instead of getting the S7 skin, could we be given the option to sacrifice it for one of the older Victorious Skins? I mean, I play a select few champs and Morgana is one of them.

Also, it would be staying inside of the rules, I think. Because these skins are given to Gold + players, and if we were given the option to sacrifice it this season upon reaching gold, then everything would be okay? Right?
