Why the heck does it reduce armor/mr?? The slow and dmg reduction ain't enough?

Why does the AP jungle Item have Lifesteal instead of Spellvamp? These are all viable questions, but we don't get answers because it's Riot and we're expected just to sit here and deal with it, guess what, that is indeed what we are stuck doing. SUCH FUN. Maybe when people stop buying skins so they have 0 money income to support World Championships. We'll see some significant changes.

The reason there is no spellvamp is simply because sellvamp was removed entirely from the game a while ago, around the last Vladimir rework if I recall correctly.

As to the main topic, my guess is that it was meant to help the adc better shred whatever ennemy was trying to get in his face, even tanks or maybe to further add to the incentive to force the ennemy to back away.

While i do agree that exhaust is strong, I don't think it needs a nerf. Flash and Ghost are considered better currently, and heal/ignite are fine as they are. Well maybe heal could use a lategame buff. Poor little adcs.

Exhaust can feel a bit frustrating as you feel like you cannot do anything for a moment, but that's exactly what it's designed for; it gives a conterplay for squishier champions tu use against all these assassins or fighters trying to kill them.
