No change in effect, purely visual. Minions will still be stasised, but they will instead be meeps that float about for 2.5 seconds.
I feel this buff is totally necessary in making Bard a Meta champion.

There are a thousand and one different things riot could do with any given champion that would be purely visual or stuff like this that would make champions more immersive and the experience better. It would be nice if riot did some of these things, but they don't seem to be too interested in it.
Come on riot, at least do some of the things. Perhaps some of them conflict with clarity and that's fine, but not all of them do. More interactions make playing champions more entertaining, even the ones that aren't that entertaining to play.

It wouldn't be OP, he only gets that boost every time he ults. He uses them by auto-attacking, so it's not THAT much of a boost, but a good one.
