So what exactly is this Yasuo buff supposed to do?

This is not a hate post or anything about Yasuo. I just am curious I used to play the champion quite often and seeing a buff for him gives me hope for him coming back into the meta. So yeah my main question is what is the buff going to do for Yasuo and what exactly is being changed in specifics?

It's giving him a bit more power against poke champs, giving him better sustain in lane without being forced to back everytime Xerath hits a Q .
