Being flamed by High Elo players because of rank.

I'm tired of this BS MMR in normals. Every single game now at least half of the players are gold and sometimes there's even plat or diamond players recently. (I'm Silver 4). Last game 4 people on the enemy team were gold and at the end of the game flamed me for being shit saying 'Git gud', 'You're shit', 'Uninstall'. Why tf should I have to deal with this shit? I'm Silver 4, put me in games with silvers or high bronze. I don't care if my queue time is 9 minutes instead of 4. What's the point of waiting 4 minutes to have an extremely un fun game with high elo team mates flaming me for being bad and enemies trash talking me. Then after the game I get laughed at for being silver 4? Why am i not allowed to just enjoy the game?

I keep getting flamed for being Diamond in normals and get accused of having bought my account and that I was boosted. It's not "High Elo" players doing the flaming, it's assholes. :) (Also if you want matches with only players of only your rank, that's kind of what ranked solo/duo and ranked flex are for)

They are just as stuck at their MMR as some one whos stuck in iorn or bronze is. Rather then get better the turn to trying to pub stomp lower skill players to feel better about the fact they cant climb higher.

its low maturity and generally toxic behavior. MM HAS to make a match. It does not have the option to tell players, "fk off not enough population online." There are no restrictions for premade and the normal MMR values are hidden. The end result? People Try Harding in a casual mode to rub their "skill" in your face because they are salty they cant do better.

Frankly I hate rank shaming and most the toxic behaviors you see from assholes in this game. You don't have a match with out teammates or enemy's so if you enjoy the game don't turn players off it by behaving like a spoiled 13 year old.

Its not gonna get better unless player attitudes change. Once upon a time GLHF was how basically everybody started a match. Now apparently that's dead and the standard interaction is "GGEZ" at a match end.

Also as i am trying to be frank with random folks on the boards. If you expect all 4 teammates to be better then your enemy in the counterpart your a fucking idiot and don't know much about team games. Why exactly should your team be stronger 100% of the time? Some ones going to do badly. This is just part of the game, some times its gonna be you. Don't be a dick about it because its literally inevitable.

I stopped playing ranked because of this. I know you're talking about norms, but in my ranked games, I would constantly be put in gold games even though I'm Bronze II. By the end of the game, I couldn't even do anything but apologize that Riot matched me into their game for some unknown reason.

By saying "uninstall" they basically care for your health xd That is the best advice anybody can get about this game.

"Git gud" is a good motivator. It surely helped me.

"You are shit" is like saying "you are a human being". It states the obvious.

You are not allowed to enjoy the game because Riot made normal games as competitive as ranked. Blame them for that. Normals aren't even fun or worth playing anymore. I agree with you, they should be all about fun and doing stupid ape-like shit but in fact they are not. Riot failed at distinguishing normals as a "fun mode" and when players don't have fun, they treat normal games as a sport or a show off. OR people are just assholes. All of them. And you are playing a MOBA, so you will interact with other players. Which are people. Which are assholes.

I usually play normals just to test builds, champions etc. Im d4 myself and I usually play better than anyone on normals since I get usually gold-silver people. If someone as d4 is tryharding on normal and flaming some lower division players for playing bad on normal then he must be r%%%%%ed. Feels bad that u are meeting such people. Just don't worry, use mute button and after the game just report them. Funny thing is that whenever I play bad on normals im just called boosted and that I bought an account lmao.

On normal these insults are just childish like "uninstall, u suck" bblala. When I was playing on d1 elo 2 seasons ago I've just met the most toxic people ever. They would just try to slowly crash u mentally. They were fucking psychos, feeling above anyone and anything just because they were in higher division than u. I don't know if they were feeling like this game is their life or something simillar to good job. They were feeling already like gods of this game, and that the game is the real deal, which is funny because if u are not streaming or playing pro u won't get anything from the game. Just feels bad for challanger elo and how toxic it must be.

First of all, gold, plat and diamond are not “high elo”. diamond is the floor of the “mid-elos”. Secondly, anyone that thinks their rank makes them special are low elo. Rank fluctuates rapidly and you climb up and down thousands of time in a year. Unless you’re challenger there is ALWAYS thousands of other people just like you.

Mute anyone toxic and report them after the game. These are random strangers you will never meet more than once (unless you play at like 4 am and queue up again instantly).

Just tell them high elo ruined low elo ranked with their influence so they're just going to have to deal with everyone low elo in normals. Because ranked is 100% unplayable now since muh smurfs needing low reqs to ranked we have the Clown Sea in low elo with disposable accounts while fighting diamond 1 smurf junglers.

Positional ranked hurt players trying to rank up everything seriously and benefited those that didn't so HONK HONK CLOWN SEASON 9

Maybe they just lookin out for u. Alot of higher elo players got in to deep, and the cravings kick in when they try to leave bcuz they still remember when this game was fun. They are saying u should uninstall b4 it hooks u too and destroys ur sanity by becoming progressively worse every patch.

In my experience normals is a lot more chill than ranked. I mean even if I'm loosing I feel alright, and I just don't see the same amount of flame as I do in rank games.

It's partially due to rank. As soon as people start reaching plat, they think they are the new Faker ready to turn the meta upside down. Mostly, it's just the players being toxic, nothing we can do about it sadly*[zombie-nunu-bummed]*

You'll find assholes flaming you no matter your or their rank. Unfortunately the best way is to mute them, or laugh at them if you can. (Gold calling plats "plat hardstuck" make me laugh so bad)

TBH it's okay that you're getting matched with diamonds, as long as enemy team has similar matchmaking. It's not okay that they're rank shaming you.

What i even love more, if they start this shit on Normals, or if they start it even before game for not using the meta. And i'm like dude. If you wana tryhard win, then go freaking ranked! I don't go to normal to do the same meta stuff with my main. I go there to practice secondary champs, try out stuff, and experiment with possibilities. I do this so if it turns out badly then i lose normal and spare your *ing LP.
