How about we work Yasuo's W with his passive?

Maybe the more passive Yas has filled up, the longer his wall would last? It'll use his flow as a resource. If he has no passive filled, he can still cast it, but it'll last like .25 of a second or something. Also make the CD scale with the passive too. That way, if you use a .25 sec Windwall, you dont have to wait 20 sec for it to come back up.

That way, Yas's durability would be nerfed and range champions could have counterplay. Skilled Yasuos cam still use it, but they'll have to think about whether to use his W or get a shield.
