is twitch getting reworked in the assassin update?

even though i play twitch alot i never really thought about how obnoxious he was up till today when i got a taste of my own medicine i guess. all i can say is that item 3139 works to well with twitches kit, just a giant middle finger to anyone who tries and focus him down when he q's, i'm all for nerfing item 3139 and giving it a meaningful cd, do you think 90 seconds on item 3139 is to short?

His W is changed (creates a zone that generates stacks on enemies every second), and it looks like his Q is changed to be like it was in the old days before his rework; instant and long duration (except it works like Evelynn's now)
