What do you feel about ww not building Bloodrazor?

In competitive game and in high ranked, and in the "standard" build, new ww does not build bloodrazor, but cinderhulk.

Ww has always been a on-hit champion (ult proc on-hit, q proc on-hit, passive is a on-hit, aa reliant champs...).

What do you think about it guys? Do you think bloodrazor is under-tuned? Or that the AOE from cinderhulk to clear AOE camps and push waves means that there is no room for a single target item?

I personally build bloodrazor. But I am curious, it seems weird that ww does not build the on-hit jungler item.

I think it has more to do with the new Warwick being a special case. He seems to be better served being tanky with high health due to the new nature of his passive healing and the fact that he can now stick to you like few others out there. He'll still inflict enough punishment to out-weigh building Cinderhulk over Bloodrazor.

TLDR;

Blood razor is trash af.

I think it has to do with bloodrazor being trash.

For example let me compare warrior and blood razor

4% physical onhit damage vs 60 AD.

Throughout a game, an average champion tends to have.. lets say

1000 Hp.. thats about 40 onhit damage

not only does warrior give your auto attacks more damage, it also empowers the ad scaling on your abilities.
