Lord Azır2 votesI've always thought this. He's impossible to get away from. Stun / devourer / stun / devourer over and over again. Too many times I've seen Tahm do 70K+ damage in a game while buildling full tank and being unkillable.

It should probably be the first thing to get looked at, him being able to constantly lock down someone is good for him as a support, but when he's top and has damage and health it might be too much.
Devour may be a little too strong as well, reverting the small stun it gives to a target after being thrown back up might be a good change too.

He has an atma's passive and his Q slow almost guarantees a devour on a squishy unless they blow flash. Most times, Tahm doesn't even need the stun.
