Ivern changes.

In general please lower Ivern's early rank CDs I know you experimented a lot of stuff but it's ridiculous how long it takes to use his skills.

Q- I do wish the projectile speed was slightly increased.

W- First off it NEEDS to grant assist. However at the bottom I have a few thoughts on it.

E- Can you remove daisy from the list of those targeted by ivern's E and just automatically give daisy a shield when ivern shields an ally or himself? It's really annoying to miss a shield on an ally due to daisy's hitbox.

R- Improve Daisy's AI, she needs to AA nearby winions/structures if no enemy champions are near.

Edit: Ivern's W placing bushes is fine, however personally I feel there's a different bonus ivern should get for being in bushes AND special bonuses to allies for being in ivern's special bushes. For right now I feel no need to enforce ivern to take a risk and AA he isn't some dps champ and plays more like a utility support so why is his W passive empowered AAs for ivern only? I'd rather it be a different bonus for ivern and maybe grant the AA empowerment to allies while in his bushes. I feel this rework to ivern's W is needed badly. Constant AA empowerment is better on dps champs not a utility support like ivern (Sona's is a burst AA empowerment which also has different effects, janna's is tied to who she shield, lulu can give it to an ally, the list goes on with utility supports who have empowered AAs.)

Would love feedback on the changes I listed that felt needed personally and how everyone feels about ivern's AA enhancement passive.
