Fights are so messy I can't position safely anywhere or I get popped instantly(I'm adc) and those offtanks panth, wukong do so much dmg and are soo hard to kill at the same time >_<

Since you can't control what your team picks (you won't always have a janna or gragas or azir like the other guy pointed out), you'll have to rely mostly on yourself. For this reason, champions like Lucian and Kalista (due to great mobility) or Cait (can sort of move in and out with that great range) seem to be popular in solo queue (mostly mobile champs). I'd suggest playing a mobile adc to help here (if you're blind pick at the time, probably lucian) and trying to keep track of spells used as best you can.
If Pantheon stuns someone else, you can attack a little: if wukong e'd someone else, can attack a little. Just need to know when to backup, if you're even a little too forward a good player will punish that.
