Rito you know Sivir is Azir of bottom lane so we should reduce her utility.
Sivir can easily stay 1v2 lane with extreme waveclear.

Atleast Sivir has spellshield but a lot short range adc champions haven't.Morevover Sivir late game monster with AOE damage.

She is strong late game and acceptable early. What makes her strong is her reliability. She doesn't get blown to bits easily because of her shield, she can put damage on the back line because of her W and she is impactful in a team fight even if far behind due to her ult.

Ridiculous low early damage? Really.A lot adc have low early damage except Dra and Luc (damage with more poke).
My main Adc is Tristana but I prefer Sivir because she is so strong.

The this is that she scales incredibly well with items. Better than most. And that's not really a problem, as she doesn't have the tools to domitate a lane like most ADCs have.

Ez's early damage is low.Ez's power is late game.I agree Cait and Dra but Graves isn't adc anymore.More Jungler.I disagree late game Sivir.
Her late game is absolutely monster.Did you watch SKT-ESC match? Sivir=Win.

TequilaZombie1 votesShe has probably the biggest AoE damage of any ADC (maybe Graves, but he's going through a weird phase right now). Ohh, there's also Twitch, but he has a riskier early game.
Apart from that she's not a tank melter like Kog, Vayne or Varus. Doesn't display ridiculously high numbers as Draven. Doesn't have the CC of an Ashe or Varus. The game changing Ult of a Kindred or Twitch. Impactful damage skills like Lucian, Ez, Corki, etc.
To put shortly: in order to have the AoE damage, she gives up a lot of stuff. Hell, there are two items that have her ult as an active.
The fact that they won with Sivir is not due only to her, but for the fact that they actually made a comp that could take advantage of her.
Kaioko1 votesSivir works well in coordinated teams. She has decent AOE damage but in my opinion she isn't the best at dealing with high tank teams. She's helpful if her team already has damage as she helps them do that damage more reliably.
I wager that in pro teams and team oriented matches she'll keep being strong but if she doesn't have damage dealers on her team to make up for her damage she can actually do quite poorly.

And she may be if she becomes a problem. So far she's been performing well but that's to be expected since she really is the only ADC that can provide utility. She's a lot different than Azir however who didn't even need to rely on his team to be completely oppressive.
