Cinderhulk Smite Nautilus is pretty damn strong.

I have ~40 Ranked games @ Plat played as Nautilus, and the 4 games I've played him Top with Challenging Smite Cinderhulk have been wins. In fact, at no point in any of those 4 games did I feel like I would lose. Even when I missed an Anchor, I was wading through teams with my ridiculous Shield, and Rooting people in place before slowing them and ulting whoever was fed. At level 6, he has 3 forms of Hard CC and a Slow. Your Jungler can afford to quite literally have no CC and still get fed off your lane opponent, then you get fed by proximity and end up dominating the game while never dying. You don't even need flash. There are times where I'VE GENUINELY BEEN CAUGHT OUT AND SHOULD HAVE DIED BUT DIDN'T.
