ocean drake + elder drake. what does it mean?

the other drakes are pretty straight forward. they give % damage (to objectives) or flat movement speed. so 50% bonus from elder drake would simply mean increased stats.

however ocean drake works a little bit different.

Restores 10% missing health and 10% missing mana every 18/12/6 seconds (based on stacks; +50% if they have Mark of the Elder Dragon).

will this increse the healing done to 15% or will it decrease the time between heals by 50%?

meaning, will ocean drake 3 with the elder drake buff heal you by 15% missing health and mana every 6 seconds, or will it restore 10% every 3 seconds?

I'm guessing that it decreases the time, since that is the value you are actually upgrading when you get additional stacks of the dragon.

it's most likely the Time since the amount of healing doesn't increase with how many Ocean Drakes you have.

thats pretty crazy. i just had the joy of getting an ocean drake 3 buff on garen. needless to say, this thing is amazing.

if it actually decreased the timer to 3 seconds, then thats a crazy amount of in combat sustain.

i also had a rift herald buff to go along with it. youd pretty much turn into a raidboss with that.

I've never gotten 3 drakes of anything and a elder dragon besides the cloud dragon. We had a bonus movement speed of 68 or so and were flying around the map taking objectives.

These new dragons certainly feel a lot more powerful than the old ones.

imagine a janna at your side. but yea. i feel it definitely depends on what kindof teamcomp you have.

into a tanky team, an ocean 3 drake could win you the game. its really a ton of health that you get restored during a fight. and my guess is the heal stacks with spirit visage and masteries like runic armor.

it felt really freaking awesome. i actually survived a darius ult by the skin of my teeth, because the drake healed me right before i would have died to his bleed.
